APWT Stationery Blog's 'How To' Series - Learn how to make our APWT Printable Door Hangers

 

Welcome to the fourth installment in our APWT Stationery Blog's 'How To' series. In this post we will show you how to make our APWT Printable Door Hangers.

Step 1: Purchase and Download

Purchase item from our shop, when your payment is processed Etsy will send you an e-mail with a link to your door hanger file to download. If you have an Etsy account, you can also find the download file in your order history after your payment is processed. 

Step 2: Open and Print

All files are saved in a PNG file format. The file will open just like any image file (i.e  JPEG or PDF), but will provide a better quality image for image printing.

Use a color printer to print out your door hanger file (unless otherwise indicated in listing). Our printable door hangers measure 4 x 10 inches, and will print (1) door hanger per 8.5 x 11 inch sheet. If you can't print the files yourself, upload the files to an online printing platform or take the file to your local print shop to print.

As with all of our designs, we've provided you with the image, but you can customize your door hangers by experimenting with paper weight, texture, finishes, materials, or just print out on plain white paper (heavier stock to stabilize hanger) or card stock. 

Step 3: Cut

Cut out with scissors or use paper cutter.

Step 4: Enjoy

Keep for yourself, give as gifts, add them to gift bags or use as party favors, make it into an activity for a party or event, or use them for your business or organization.
